1. Responsibilities:
Support HR team implement company's and HR/ Administrative policies and procedures
Involve recruitment process to fill company job vacancies from job posting, screening CVs to interviewing with job applicants for fresh/ junior organizational positions.
Assist in the Onboarding and Termination process for employees
Organize company events, employee conferences
Assist/ be in charge of monthly HR-related reports
Other assigned tasks by Manager

3. Requirements:
Junior/ Senior student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months (COMPULSORY), 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable.
Do NOT require experience or degree
Candidates wishing to practice in the Human Resources industry, priority who can go to work immediately
Good English skills (especially listening & writing)
Good MS Office skills (focus on Excel)
Background in Business/ Logistics/ HR is preferable
Careful, CAN DO attitude, hard-working and willing to learn
4. Working time: 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM, from Monday to Friday
5. Working location: F19, Taisei Square Hanoi, 289 Khuat Duy Tien, Dai Mo Ward, Hanoi
