Job Description
1. Training Support
- Assist in identifying training needs, planning training courses, and coordinating logistics before, during, and after training sessions.
- Support tracking and preparing related training reports; propose ideas to improve the company's training activities.
- Act as a teaching assistant for internal trainers; help organize internal events related to training.
2. Organizational Development Support
- Assist in the issuance of delegation and authorization documents.
- Support updating the organizational structure and the roles/responsibilities of departments.
- Assist in building performance evaluation systems, competency frameworks, development plans, and innovation programs.
3. Other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Economics, Finance, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- Smart, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning and development.
- Good computer skills: proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
- Able to work full-time (5 days/week).
