Managing User support activities:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Supervise subordinate if any to monitor and maintain the computer system
• Supports in resolving Hardware issues.
• Prepare equipment for new comers
Professional Development:
• Testing and evaluating new technology
• Advises on PC improvements, such as hardware procurements
• Join projects to improve IT tools and automation
IT Infrastructure and Operation:
• Network configuration and troubleshooting
• Chance to work with Fortinet, HPE, Aruba, Dell
• Chance to work and learn about the Network monitoring system with Zabbix, Grafana, VoiP system
• Handle club IT maintenance tasks
