Job Purpose
Support Talent Acquisition activities while providing coordination support for HRBP initiatives, people programs, reporting, and HR projects to ensure an efficient hiring process and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
Build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
2. HRBP Support
Support HRBP programs related to engagement, talent development, and other people programs.
Assist in preparing HR communications, presentations, and employee-related documentation.
3. Reporting & Administration
Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and HR databases with accurate and timely information.
Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and other HR reports as required.
4. HR Projects & Initiatives
Support Talent Acquisition and HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and other ad-hoc assignments.
Leverage digital and AI tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and candidate experience.

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields from top-notch universities is preferred.
Can join full-time or at least 4 days/week
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiar with AI tools and able to leverage them to enhance productivity and work quality.
Good learning agility.
Good command of English
