JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a
motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to join our GMS team as
an Intern. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, interpersonal
and organizational skills, and be eager to learn about global mobility and the
professional services industry.
Responsibilities
Assist engagement
team to provide excellent and high-quality services to our client,
including but not limited to:
Research regulations and
apply understanding of legislation to client cases under guidance and
instruction.
Assist in preparing tax
returns, payroll calculation and tax advice.
Assist in preparing
immigration applications including visa and work permits.
Assist in preparing
materials for tax/immigration briefings for client meetings.
Interact with the Tax,
Immigration and Labor authorities and other relevant authorities in relation to
clients' affairs and service provision.
Provide administrative
support for the engagements.
Other ad-hoc duties
as required.
Build and maintain
positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Stay up to date on
applicable regulations and best practices in global mobility
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's
degree in relevant subjects, e.g., accounting, finance, economics, law (fresh
graduates are encouraged to apply).
Good analytical skills, logical
thinking, and enjoy working with numbers as well as writing.
Strong
organizational, time management skills, and
effective communication skills.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
Enthusiastic,
demonstrate a "can do" and "teamwork" attitude with an ability to
learn quickly.
Good command of English and
Vietnamese.
