JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide administrative support to the Commercial Leasing teams (consisting of Office, Retail, and Industrial & Logistics Leasing departments) including project information and fact research, contact finding and contacting, photo taking, and relevant document and marketing material collateral preparation.
Be responsible with MarketLink system data entry, validation, and general updating.
Help compile and organize information for reports, presentations, and business analyses.
Maintain organized digital filing systems.
Help prepare materials for client meetings and business reviews.
REQUIREMENTS
6 months employment duration
Full-time working hours
Good English written and verbal communication skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

- Your beginning will primarily be to support the assigned sub-team with the research department.
